Cancellation & Return Policies

If, for any reason, you wish to return items, we want to make this process as easy and smooth as possible. Kindly take a moment to review the following information.
Cancellation Requests
Please initiate a cancellation request within 2 hours of placing your order. To do so, log in to your account, go to My Orders, select the relevant order, and click “View Order” to cancel an item or the entire order. Don’t forget to specify the reason for cancellation.
Guest users can request cancellations by sending an email to support@fashionfusionstudio.in, but the request should be made within 2 hours of placing the order.
Orders canceled within the first two hours may be eligible for a refund in the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
In case of circumstances beyond our control leading to order cancellation, rest assured that a full refund will be issued, and neither party will incur any liability.
Refunds or Returns
For our customers in India, we accept returns only for damaged/defective items or those significantly different from the online description.
Initiate return requests within 48 hours of the delivery date through My Account. Customers should have to send the clear images & video of damaged/defective items on support@fashionfusionstudio.in for better clarity. Please return the items within 7 working days to the warehouse address. Kindly note that shipping costs are not covered by the company.

We do not accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit. Please report any issues within 48 hours of receipt.
Product Condition
If a product requires a return, please ensure it is returned in its original condition, including all labels, tags, and packaging. Returned products must be unworn, unused, and unwashed. Products with perfumes or body odor are considered used and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Timeline
Prepaid orders will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days after receiving the returned product.
Product Care
Our products are dispatched after careful consideration. However, we acknowledge that shipping may affect product ironing. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any issues arising during shipping.
Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Products
Certain items such as Sarees with stitched blouse are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or pattern, we can accommodate this as long as the item is in stock. Any excess amount will be charged, and we would need to contact you to organize additional payment. Your principal contact number is important for this purpose.
We would be delighted to exchange the goods for something else of your choice or a different size, but postage charges are applicable. We do not guarantee the availability of all sizes and colors on exchanges.
